- The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Primary Health Care Improvement Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contracts named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
- The “Primary Health Care Improvement” Project Implementation Unit (PIU) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply of Medical Equipment, Instruments and Accessories (the “Goods”):

Bidders may bid for any or all lots, as further defined in the Bidding Document.
- International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
- Only eligible bidders with, but not limited to, the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:
